Description

I have been wanting to work in resin on a raygun for a while but didn't know where to start. Thankfully ~Brashsculptor is going to help me!
Be sure to check out Brashsculptor's awesome gallery here; [link]

We'll be going through the process step by step and this is my first update.
I built onto a cheap plastic cap gun with card, foam, modeling clay and assorted junk.
Due to my irritating working hours its going slower than I would like and its not quite finished yet but its about time I uploaded something.

Nice! - love the fact that everyday objects (like the little glue bottle - *guessing*) can be used as a bit of detail that adds to the feel of the gun.
Looking ahead, it would be great if you could do a 2 part section for that bit - so the bottle is clear/translucent and the rest of the gun in heavy and metal-looking.
That would be a challenge and a half though... that clear glass resin is a SWINE to work with, as every single tiny little air bubble can be seen with ease.

Currently working on a gun prop myself - so I appreciate the issues and problems you can come up against.
